The cost of a standard meal plan includes:

This service is available weekly, every other week, or monthly. Select the number of entrees and the number of servings per entrée to find the cost.

It is customary to pay for the service in advance of your first cooking date. Nancy Jean’s Personal Chef Service will ask for payment plus a deposit for groceries at your initial client consultation. There is a $125 one time, non-refundable fee covers, assessment, menu plan, initial purchase of your containers.

Containers

Some entrées do well being re-heated in plastic or glass containers while others do best when gently reheated in a vacuum sealed bag.

I will use the best choice for re-heating based on my experience with the entrée.

4 X 4 = $300 + Cost of groceries

2 X 6 = $250 + Cost of groceries
3 X 6 = $300 + Cost of groceries
4 X 6 = $350 + Cost of groceries

Cupcakes: $20/ dozen. Chose Chocolate or Vanilla Butter cream, Lemon cream or Cream Cheese frosting

Bar Cookies: $15 per batch for Lemon bars, blondies and brownies.; $20 per batch for Chocolate Peanut Brownies

Cookies: $15/ dozen

Gingerbread houses: $25 mini, $40 large, $50 large w/ mini-lights

Gingerbread House Party: $25 per person , $15 per child ( ages 7 > recommended )


About The Chef

Chef Nancy Morrison is a 2005 graduate of The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, Le Cordon Bleu program.

After graduating from CHIC she realized a life long dream of starting her own business, ‘Nancy Jean’s Personal Chef Service’ which she started in 2006.

She is a certified member of the American Private and Personal Chef Association, has an Illinois Food Sanitation license and Business license .

Today she is a Personal Chef for several clients and loves to do cooking classes for small gatherings. She is also the owner of Sugar Pie Cupcakery specializing in cupcakes, brownies and cookies and offers Gingerbread House decorating parties in the winter.

She lives in Palatine with her fiancé, Richard and their cat Simba Sam.
